Colorful cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup noodles on the cut domestic white cabbage
  • ½ cup noodle-cut collard
  • 1/3 cup red cabbage
  • 1 cup tempeh cut into cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • soy sauce
  • roasted sesame seeds
  • garlic

Preparation:

Sauté in a little water and white cabbage, collard greens and red cabbage, garlic, over high heat for 5 minutes; then add tempeh, tamari (to taste) and fry for another 10 minutes. When you finish stewing, eating garnish with sesame seeds and garlic.
