Raw spaghetti with cheese

Ingredients for spaghetti: 1-2 zucchini

Ingredients for sauce:

  • Mid-part of the zucchini (leftovers from making the spaghetti)
  • 1 sweet corn
  • Pinch of turmeric

Extras: arugula as preferred, tomato as preferred

Equipment: knife and cutting port, vegetable peeler, vegetable spiralizer, blender

Preparation

Peel the zucchini; on spiralizer make the spaghetti out of zucchini. The mid-part of the zucchini put in a blender and spaghetti in a place. Remove the corn seeds and put them in the blender. Per your taste put the pinch of turmeric. Blend the remaining for the sauce. Pour the sauce on spaghetti and mix. Add arugula and tomato per your taste.
